Reviews and Ratings
We had a really enjoyable time staying at the resort, mainly due to its fantastic location near the Northcliffe light rail and just a short walk to Surfers Paradise. The two-level townhouse we stayed in offered great space, with lots of natural light and comfortable amenities. However, we were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness and some facilities that could use better maintenance. Overall, it’s a good value for the money, but there are areas that could use improvement.
I really enjoyed my stay at this resort. The unit's balconies provided a beautiful view of the tropical gardens, and it felt spacious and private for my family. The cleanliness could definitely be improved, as we noted some issues upon arrival, particularly with the condition of the upstairs carpets and kitchenware. Still, the amenities offered good value for the price, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the light rail and close to the vibrant Surfers Paradise. The room itself was spacious and had a lovely layout, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. It felt like it wasn't maintained properly, which was disappointing. Overall, for the price, the value could definitely be better.
I had a pleasant stay in a well-positioned apartment with great sunlight and a lovely view of the tropical gardens. The privacy offered by having two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, was a nice touch. However, the tram noise was quite intrusive at times, making it a bit less ideal for relaxation. Overall, it was a good value for a family-friendly getaway.
We had a lovely stay in Unit 60, which offered great sunshine and a beautiful view of the tropical gardens. The layout with two bedrooms, each having its own bathroom, provided privacy. However, we encountered some cleanliness issues and a lack of basic supplies. Overall, it was a good value for the price, especially given its proximity to the light rail and Surfers Paradise.
